Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN)

Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Location: Mountain Home, AR Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard clinic hours On-Call Shift Schedule: 8 weekdays per month & only 4 weekends per year Call Ratio: 1:3 call rotation

Facility Information Onsite Equipment: 3 Ultrasound Machines Non-Stress Test (NST) Colposcope OB Department: 650-700 deliveries/year Level 2 Nursery with support from 3 Pediatricians 2 OB/GYN physicians on staff 24/7 Anesthesia Coverage Surgical Technology: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems

Job Requirements Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates Other Qualifications: Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach Competency in routine and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, and procedures

Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services in a hospital-affiliated clinic Conduct prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgeries Participate in 1:3 shared hospital call Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesia, and hospital staff for safe, coordinated care Utilize advanced technology including robotic-assisted surgery
