Occupational Therapist Outpatient

Schedule

4x10-hour shifts available, with some 5x8-hour shifts also possible. Flexible scheduling options can be discussed.

Assignment Details

Position involves working with a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting, primarily focused on lymphedema care. Orientation will include bi-weekly sessions based on contract length.

Requirements

  • Lymphedema Certification (in-hand)
  • Occupational Therapy License in the state (pending submission acceptable)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field
  • NBCOT certification required, screening available upon submission

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services to patients requiring lymphedema care across a range of age groups and diagnoses
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and vendor representatives
  • Engage in ongoing assessment and documentation related to patient progress and care plans
  • Participate in wound care clinic activities as needed

Compliance / Notes

Full compliance is required to start on time; non-compliance may result in a two-week pushback. If during the assignment period two major holidays fall, the traveler is expected to work both. Details regarding orientation and RTO policies will be provided.
