As a Residential Service Plumber , you'll diagnose plumbing problems, explain solutions to homeowners, and complete quality repairs and installations.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Responding to residential plumbing service calls
• Diagnosing plumbing problems and determining the best solution
• Troubleshooting leaks, clogs, water heaters, sewer and drain issues, and fixture problems
• Performing plumbing repairs, replacements, maintenance, and installations
• Inspecting plumbing systems and identifying potential problems
• Presenting customers with Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options
• Using upfront pricing to clearly explain repair options and costs
• Discussing financing options when appropriate
• Completing accurate job documentation using Housecall Pro
• Collecting customer payments
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle
• Following plumbing codes, company procedures, and safety standards
• Providing professional and respectful customer service on every call

You'll have the support of our office and dispatch team so you can focus on what you do best—serving customers and doing great plumbing work.

We're looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who can confidently diagnose plumbing problems, communicate with homeowners, and complete quality repairs.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift equipment and work in confined or physically demanding spaces
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
