Role Description The Processing Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Boca Raton, FL, responsible for supporting the operational and administrative processing needs of the firm. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing and submitting account applications, transfer forms, and service requests, as well as verifying the accuracy of client information and documentation. The role involves tracking the status of transactions and maintaining organized electronic and paper records. The Processing Specialist may assist with data entry in financial systems, generating and reviewing reports, and communicating with team members to ensure timely and compliant processing. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality client service. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry and document management. Ability to review, process, and track financial forms and transactions with careful attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal team members and external partners. Comfort with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and willingness to learn financial platforms. Reliability, time management skills, and ability to follow structured procedures and compliance guidelines. Prior experience in financial services, or a similar administrative environment is preferred but not required.
