Kitchen & Bath Designer

Job Title

Basic Function: Responsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient and friendly service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction
• Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, etc
• Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously
• Process orders in person, on phone or via email
• Efficient communication with dispatcher coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Discussing features and benefits of products and services
• Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job
• Answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Visiting jobsites for measures and design

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Able to complete basic math and measurement skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Experience in 20/20
• Previous Kitchen and Bath design experience
• Detail oriented
• To be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Communication (verbal communication, persuasive impact, listening, written communication)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Manual dexterity.
• Ability to talk and hear.

This is not a remote position. Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5pm & Saturdays 8a-12p 45+
