Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Manager, leading all accounting and key financial activities for a growing manufacturing and distribution organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support overall business growth through accurate accounting and financial reporting. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger and cost accounting. Lead the month-end close process. Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze/report on variances. Oversee or assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor invoice processing. Generate reports and support the budgeting and forecasting process. Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements. Assist with customer account setup and qualification. Support light HR-related functions, including payroll processing. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
