Job Description:

- Conduct patient assessments, including mental status evaluations, risk assessments, and physical health screenings.
- Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, psychotropic medications, and therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to assess and respond to psychiatric emergencies, including suicide risk and aggression.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and mental health documentation.
- OH Registered Nurse license
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC) preferred
- BLS required
- ACLS preferred
- Pay: $1,771 - $1,825.77 / week
- Location: Dublin, OH
- Assignment Length: 12
- Shift: Day 3x12 - up to 36.00 hours per week
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility - SNF
- Workplace: On-site
