Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 12 Week, full-time contract opportunity at an clinic in Mount Vernon, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Physical Therapist - Home Health 

Location: Mount Vernon, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $60/hr 

Total Travel Package: $2,726.00/week

* Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package *

• Taxable Wages = $1,480.00/week
• Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week

Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,356.00/ week

Schedule:

• 8 hour days ; M- F 
• 8 AM - 4:30 PM 
• mileage reimbursement for all visits 
• Coverage Areas: White, Hamilton, Franklin, Saline

Duration:  

• 12 weeks (extension likely)

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience as Physical Therapist
• Provide home Physical Therapy evaluations, and education to home health patients. Over see creating plans of care for PTAs
• Limited to no requested time off 
• IL PT License 
• home health experience 
• oasis experience preferred 
• HCHB experience preferred 
• ASAP Start
