We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the roleYou'll excel if you have:Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities, including disciplined lead tracking, follow-up, and pipeline management.Apply consultative selling techniques supported by deep product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer value.Proven prospecting and business-development skills, including generating new opportunities through referrals, outbound activity, and networking.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset and confidence in guiding sales conversations.Results-driven with clear ambition, motivation, and accountability for achieving and exceeding performance goals.Proficient in leveraging technology to support sales execution, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.Strong listening and discovery skills with the ability to quickly assess customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.Work schedule & environment:Work in a temperature-controlled AAA branch locationAbility to work varied hours, including possible weekendsSome travel to local events may be requiredWho we are:Become a part of something bigger.
