Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months contract
ROLE_DESCRIPTION:
Relevant Experience (Yrs) BA with 8+ years of career reflecting strong qualifications in Consulting and Enterprise CRM Functional Modules
Technical/Functional Skills
- Excellent Communication &presentation skills
- Experience of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, application developments and support
- Worked on large CRM transformation from discovery to design to go-live.
- Worked closely with customer teams on qualifying requirements, working with Dev teams on sprint completions and ensuring QA
- Deep eateries in Dynamics CRM functional area on Sales/Services domains.
- Knowledge and Skills in the D365 Customer Insights services.
- Worked on detailed gap analysis and requirement and worked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Involved in various project activities like
- Discovery, process mapping and CRP/design/Demo lead workshops with business stakeholders
- Requirement Gathering
- Gap Fit Analysis
- Should have a good understanding of Core CRM Processes, Copilot capabilities in M365/D365
- D365 CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable)

- Lead Business Analyst for CRM Transformation
- Create functional specifications by interacting with client stakeholders
- Able to work in agile delivery model
- Conduct CRM approach workshops to the stakeholders
