Family Medicine Physician

ILLINOIS

$375,000 with Salary GTD & $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Every Friday Off & No Call

Position Highlights

Work-Life Balance: 4-Day Week with Every Friday Off & No Call
Ideal Work Environment: EPIC EMR with excellent clinical support
Sustainable Volume: 15-18 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: $375k Salary GTD + Bonus
Sign-On Bonus/Relocation: $50,000
Additional Bonus Incentives: Production and Quality Bonus

Qualifications

Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: BC or BE in Family Medicine
Licensure: Licensed or ability to obtain state licensure
Skillset: Family Practice - outpatient
Experience: Open to new grads
