Warehouse Operator - Reach TruckWarehouse Operator - Reach Truck Justin, TX Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Pay: $22.00 per hour 26-07408 Job SummaryThe Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. This role includes operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment, completing order fulfillment activities, performing inbound material put-away, and maintaining productivity and quality standards within a warehouse environment. The Warehouse Operator must work collaboratively with team members, follow established procedures, and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and complete dealer and customer orders safely and efficientlyPerform put-away of inbound materials according to established procedures and productivity expectationsOperate reach trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standardsEnsure order accuracy and support zero-error operational goalsParticipate in safety, quality, environmental, and continuous improvement initiativesCommunicate issues, discrepancies, or operational concerns promptly to Supervisors or ManagersWork collaboratively and professionally with warehouse team membersFollow company policies, work rules, and standards of conductMaintain punctuality and consistent attendanceManage multiple priorities and respond to urgent operational requestsWork flexible schedules, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededFollow instructions from supervisory and management personnelJob RequirementsPrior reach truck experience requiredHigh school diploma or GED preferred3–6 months of related warehouse or material handling equipment experience preferredAbility to pass a basic skills assessment, including reading and mathematicsAbility to follow established procedures and work instructionsEnglish proficiency required, as all documentation is maintained in EnglishAbility to work overtime and flexible schedules as neededStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyAbility to operate heavy industrial equipment, including forkliftsWork ExperiencePrevious warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferredExperience operating reach trucks or similar material handling equipment requiredPhysical RequirementsFrequently lift up to 25 lbsOccasionally lift up to 50 lbsRarely lift up to 75 lbsFrequently reach with hands and armsStand, walk, sit, crouch, balance, and move throughout the warehouse environmentUse hands to operate tools and equipmentAbility to work at heights up to 25 feet on raised platformsVision corrected to 20/40 and adequate hearing ability requiredReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions #ZR
