Junior Transactional Attorney - Contracts & Compliance
SEI Investments
SEI is seeking a Junior Transactional Attorney to partner with SEI business teams and the Legal, Compliance, Risk and Corporate Development Department to structure, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts for SEI group of companies. You will work with product, operations, vendor, and client teams to ensure contracts comply with SEI standards and regulatory obligations while representing SEI's interests in negotiations.
