The Scrum Master will lead Agile teams, ensuring efficient sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Remove blockers and support the team in achieving sprint goals. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items. Ensure Agile best practices are followed. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Significant experience serving as a Scrum Master for a software development team. Strong skills and knowledge in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and enhancing transparency. Well‑versed in Burndown techniques, various Retrospective formats, and effective bug handling. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile metrics. Employment Type Full Time, Hybrid – Must be able to report on‑site at client’s location, as required. Security Clearance Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Active MBI Clearance preferred. US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident required.
