We are seeking reliable Spotters to support field technicians on-site during lift operations and other construction-related activities. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by observing and assisting technicians while they operate lifts and perform assigned tasks. Responsibilities
Observe and assist technicians while operating lifts
Maintain awareness of surrounding work areas to ensure job site safety
Communicate hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
Support technicians with additional site-related tasks as needed
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance throughout the project duration Requirements
Ability to work outdoors and remain on feet for extended periods
Strong attention to safety and communication
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must provide own PPE:
Class E Rated Hardhat
Safety-Toed Boots
Safety Glasses
Hi-Vis Vest or Shirt Important Notes
Attendance is a high priority for this project
Excessive or unnecessary absences may result in replacement
Candidates must be able to follow all site safety guidelines and instructions
