Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Home Health Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday Location: Field-based (Houston pod) Comp: $58.00 per point Who We Are Adaptive Home Health is building a higher-acuity, patient-centered, skilled home health mode. Scheduling that protects your time: Text patients, plan more efficient routes, and stay aligned on visit changes through one clear, coordinated schedule. The result: less administrative burden, fewer coordination headaches, and more time for patient care. What you will do Deliver skilled COTA visits in the home under the supervising OT’s plan of care. Execute functional treatment plans: ADLs/IADLs, safety/fall prevention, energy conservation, UE function, adaptive equipment training. Track objective functional progress and communicate updates/concerns to the supervising OT. Coordinate with nursing and the broader care team: escalte changes in condition and safety concerns.
