Position SummaryShop Fix Academy is looking for an experienced Client Accounts Specialist who tiptoes along the lines of bookkeeping to join our team. Shop Fix Academy has several sub-entities, allowing you the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in various areas. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues or concerns.
Communicate with members via email and phone regarding billing questions, payment updates, account changes, and subscription status.
Process credit card chargebacks applicable to clients' memberships.
Contact members regarding past-due payments.
Collaborate with departments to gather necessary documentation.
Maintain an "All Hands on Deck" mindset — work as a team and step in to help wherever needed.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 2 or more years of experience in customer service and/or collections services.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus Skills:
Ability to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and/or discrepancies.
Experience working in a subscription-based billing environment.
Experience with Stripe, ChargeOver, and Basecamp is a plus.
Highly organized — able to manage multiple entities, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $24–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
