Quality Engineering Manager

Leading an automation-first quality engineering function, the full-time remote Manager, Quality Engineering will establish quality strategies, implement scalable automation frameworks, and embed continuous testing practices across core applications and data flows. Key responsibilities Define and implement an enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy, establishing standards for testing and release readiness Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and build reusable automated test suites for critical business workflows Embed automated testing into Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring integration into build and release workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines 4-8 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field Advanced functional skills and intermediate industry knowledge Entry to intermediate managerial skills with a focus on policy and strategy implementation High degree of decision-making within the quality engineering function
