Qualifications & Job Requirements

1. Active California Real Estate License in good standing.

2. 1–2+ years of active residential real estate experience with verifiable sales volume.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management capabilities.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $168,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by effectively managing and converting high-intent leads using our advanced CRM systems.
• Collaborate with our team to optimize lead flow and ensure timely follow-up with potential buyers and sellers.
• Utilize cutting-edge real estate technology to enhance client engagement and streamline the sales process.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market to provide clients with informed advice and insights.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Leverage our diversified tech stack to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, enhancing your sales strategies and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an Active Real Estate License in California.
• Must reside in close proximity to our Victorville office  for training sessions and meetings.
• Availability for a full-time commitment to work with both buyers and sellers as leads are generated.
• Participation in a comprehensive 1-week training program aimed at ensuring success in the role.
• Embrace a team-oriented approach where sharing knowledge is encouraged.
