Business Analyst

About the Role IDEA Insurance Agency is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to support our Executive Team. This on-site position will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and delivering executive-level insights through data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports. Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost savings. Build reports and presentations for executive leadership. Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives. Monitor departmental metrics and recommend data-driven solutions. Create forecasting models for revenue, staffing, and operational performance. Partner with department leaders to improve efficiency and business outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Finance, Strategy, or Operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, dashboards, advanced formulas). Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence platforms . Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting executive leadership is highly preferred. Insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
