Role Overview

iBoost Talent is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our client's team in Beaufort, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and transport of frozen fishing bait products within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that all products are staged and loaded for timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Operation: Operate stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize pallets of frozen goods safely within the warehouse.

• Inventory Management: Accurately track and verify product quantities, ensuring that inventory is stored in the correct locations.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to adhere to food-safety and industry standards.

• Product Handling: Carefully manage frozen fishing bait supplies, ensuring proper handling procedures to maintain product integrity.

• Collaboration: Work effectively with the production and shipping teams to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift.

• Ability to work in a cold-storage/freezer environment.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational protocols.

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Location

• Pay Rate: $18/hour.

• Location: Beaufort, NC.
