We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading complex projects, mentoring development teams, and driving technical excellence.

Additional Information*

\n

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $94k - $96k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Lead the full software development lifecycle for enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies.
\n
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
\n
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
\n
• Architect robust, secure, and high-performance systems in alignment with best practices.
\n
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to quality metrics.
\n
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
\n
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
\n
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Hands-on experience in software development with a focus on .NET framework (.NET Core / .NET 5+ preferred).
\n
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and related technologies.
\n
• Extensive experience with database design and development using SQL Server, and/or other relational databases.
\n
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React, or similar) is a plus.
\n
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is highly desirable.
\n
• Solid understanding of SOA, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.
\n
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
\n
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
\n
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Solutions Architect
\n
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
