What You'll Do:

• Partner with leadership to ensure high-quality services and positive resident outcomes
• Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and family communication to support individualized care
• Monitor resident health and respond proactively to changes in condition, incidents, and care needs
• Oversee medication administration processes, documentation, and compliance with care standards
• Manage residents' health and wellness services, including appointments, referrals, and care coordination
• Support a safe, resident-centered environment through effective clinical oversight and medication management

What You'll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred
• Current and active RN license in New Jersey
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
