Senior Roadway Engineer/Project Manager

We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Roadway Engineer/Project Manager to support our Gulf Region located in Mississippi and/or Tennessee . Candidates should be based in or open to relocating to Mississippi or Tennessee. Responsibilities Provide plan review and project management for DOT and local municipal projects Coordinate project activities, schedules, and reporting for assigned work Prepare, issue, and track project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and client approvals Develop correspondence and documentation for clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies Support project financial processes, including invoices and purchase orders Prepare and edit meeting minutes, reports, and presentations Assist with project submittals and bidding activities Provide technical and administrative support to the project team Support client relationships and contribute to business development with local municipalities Qualifications BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university 10+ years of experience in roadway design Previous DOT experience Professional Engineer (PE) license Proven ability to meet DOT standards, schedules, and budgets Proficiency in OpenRoads (Geopak experience preferred) Strong knowledge of DOT design methods, standards, and specifications Demonstrated experience managing medium to large, multi-office, or concurrent projects Valid driver's license and a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR) Bonus Points Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven leadership, mentoring, and client management experience Key Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Medical, Dental, & Vision 401(k) retirement savings plan + employer matching Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays Employer-Paid Life/AD&D insurance Employer-Paid short-term disability and long-term disability Wellness incentives Student Debt Retirement Match Additional voluntary benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
