Overnight Homeless Intake & Housing Support Specialist

Catholic Charities in Elmira is seeking a Homeless Intake Support Specialist (HISS) to perform in-person intakes at Elmira Police Station and provide staffing oversight at the shelter/warming station. The role handles clients experiencing homelessness, coordinates with case managers, and maintains data integrity in AWARDS/HIMIS software. The full-time overnight/weekend position requires empathy, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to be mobile across sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ccdor
