Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and compassionate Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team. Using cutting-edge ultrasound technology, you'll perform vital diagnostic procedures, collaborating with an incredibly supportive group of clinicians, all while providing patients the confidence and clarity they deserve.

Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct various ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patients are comfortable and safe during procedures, articulating each step with kindness and clarity
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver quality diagnostic images
• Effectively operate and maintain imaging equipment, swiftly reporting any technical issues
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records within our electronic medical record system
• Continuously update yourself with advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
