COMMERCIAL SHEET METAL INSTALLERS NEEDED – PHOENIX METRO
IMMEDIATE STARTS | WEEKLY PAY | FULL-TIME WORK | OVERTIME OPPORTUNITIES
Talent Corps is hiring experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Installers for commercial and industrial projects throughout the Greater Phoenix Metro Area .
If you know ductwork, can read prints, and can install efficiently without needing someone looking over your shoulder all day, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Installing commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems
- Installing rectangular, spiral, and round duct
- Installing hangers, supports, fittings, transitions, elbows, and accessories
- Measuring, laying out, cutting, assembling, and installing sheet metal
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Performing rough-in and finish installation
- Working from lifts and ladders when required
- Coordinating with HVAC crews and other trades
- Maintaining clean, safe, professional work areas
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Commercial sheet metal/HVAC installation experience
- Ability to read prints and perform layout
- Strong knowledge of duct installation
- Ability to measure accurately and work independently
- Familiarity with commercial construction environments
- Own basic hand tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and work ethic
