LPN - Full Time Nights

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in an assisted living setting under the supervision of registered nurses, advanced practice providers, or physicians. Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and ensure residents’ health, comfort, and safety. Document resident interactions, outcomes, and maintain confidentiality. Recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively to emergencies. Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and team members. Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, and develop self-care programs. Utilize knowledge of nursing principles, age-specific standards, and resident education. Qualifications include: Graduation from an accredited nursing program leading to licensure as an LPN. Current licensure in the practicing state(s). Preferred experience in long-term care, sub-acute, or medical/surgical settings. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Knowledge of resident care principles and emergency response.
