About The Role Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (no commercial license required; training provided) Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy Obtain a local Notary within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana) Meet state-specific requirements to access DMV/title and registration systems Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri: obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within first two weeks California: obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within first 90 days Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia: apply for a Salesperson license within first two weeks; failure to secure may impact continued employment General Qualifications And Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing vehicles and loading/unloading onto haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement or extreme weather Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours) Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Requires high and low levels of movement; ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items up to 50 lbs Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
