Client Service/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Client Service/Administrative Assistant to join our clients growing investment firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is intellectually curious, empathetic, and eager to build a long-term career in financial services. Industry experience is a plus. You'll work closely with senior team members gaining hands-on exposure to client relationships, operations, and the investment advisory process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and ongoing service needs
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through responsive and empathetic communication
• Assist with account onboarding, maintenance, and documentation
• Coordinate client communications, meetings, and follow-ups
• Support advisors with reporting, client reviews, and portfolio-related materials
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all client-facing and operational tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
• Continuously learn about firm offerings, investment concepts, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• 25 years of professional experience (financial services experience is helpful but not required)
• Bachelor's degree required
• High emotional intelligenceempathetic, patient, and client-focused
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
