Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Position Summary We are seeking an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist to work with children from birth to 21 years old in Virginia, providing individualized one‑to‑one treatment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting parents/caregivers in applying skills at home. Job Responsibilities Deliver tailored occupational therapy services to pediatric patients. Collaborate with physical, speech, ABA therapists and other clinicians. Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress. Educate parents and caregivers and facilitate home exercise programs. Participate in regular multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical team meetings. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia. Commitment to high‑quality patient care and outcomes.
