Summer 2026 Work - Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician | Hiring Now
An opportunity is available for Paraprofessionals / Behavior Technicians in Red Bluff CA, interested in Summer work with Tehama COE . This role offers the chance to expand your clinical experience while supporting diverse student populations in structured educational environments.
We are seeking adaptable professionals who are confident implementing services for extensive needs and are motivated by new settings and team collaboration.
POSITION DETAILS
- Full-time and part time availability for Summer work in Red Bluff CA (Tehama COE)
- Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support in school settings
- Implement behavior plans & regimens
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress notes
- Support students with extensive needs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and onsite staff
QUALIFICATIONS
- AA or 48 college credits, or Paraprofessional certification
- Experience in ABA and school-based settings preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
- Strong data collection and behavior implementation skills
