Job Details Our client runs a Workers Comp Defense Firm that represents clients in employment, workers’ compensation, and insurance subrogation matters. Why join us? Billing Bonus Structure Resolution Bonus Structure Vacation Credit Policy (towards bonus structure) Annual Review and Raises 1 & Done Interviews Remote (anywhere in the US if licensed in CA) Responsibilities workers’ compensation defense subrogation wrongful termination defense serious and willful defense professional athlete injury defense workers’ compensation fraud claims workers’ compensation insurance coverage Longshore and Harbor workers’ compensation Qualifications Licensed in CA; experience in defense areas as listed.
