What We’re Looking For CDL-A license, 2 years 1-2 years of coast-to-coast long‑haul experience Experience with flatbed, step deck, or double drop freight Solid freight securement and tarping skills (in all weather) Clean MVR with no OWIs in the past 5 years Strong math, problem‑solving, and communication skills Reliable, disciplined, and passionate about your craft If you’re looking for easy dock bumping and door swinging, this isn’t it. No two days are the same—you’ll plan, load, secure, and deliver with precision and purpose. You’ll manage your freight, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safety every mile of the way. We’ll train you the Kaiser way during paid orientation at our Wisconsin terminal—covering travel expenses and paying you while you learn.
