Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr I'm working with the largest 5g network, in search of a Director of Accounting to lead the Record to Report team! Location: Overland Park, KS - 3 days a week onsite Salary: $160,000-210,000 + bonus _ stock options About this role: Accounting and process leadership related to RTR Accounting operations and the reporting of financial results of the Company Ensure that monthly accounting close deadlines are met consistently and that financial results accurately reflect any changes in operations. Communicate financial results with key internal customer groups Ensure that appropriate judgement is applied in developing accounting estimates and accruals. Maintain accounting practices that are in compliance with established accounting policies, GAAP and IFRS requirements Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively in accordance with SOX and industry best practices Experience: 10+ years of accounting experience 7+ years of people management experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA or Chartered Accountant Shared service center experience Experience working in public accounting or at a public company Experience with PowerBI, SQL, or Alteryx Interested?
