Our Sacramento Orthodontic specialty practice is selectively seeking to add a Long Term, 3 - 4 days per week, Office and Treatment Coordinator team member. The position primarily involves: General Office Systems including

• Reception and Scheduling
• Financial Arrangements and Collections
• New Patient Process and Marketing
• General Clinical Functions
• Online Reputation building and maintenance

Since 1986, as a small Boutique Specialty practice, We have been Fully Patient Centered and worked to consistently provide the highest quality of Orthodontic, TMD and Dental Sleep Medicine (Sleep Apnea) care possible.

Daily, We use Compassion coupled with State-of-the-Art Technology

• iCAT Cone Beam Computerized Tomography (CBCT),
• 3Shape Digital impressions, 3D Resin printed models,
• Digital Indirect Bonding techniques,
• Digital Photography, Digital diagnostic and Treatment procedures,
• Low Force Self Ligating braces (Damon) and treatment protocols.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE

• Confident, engaging, service oriented personality and attitude.
• Experience in Orthodontic or Dental office functions - minimum of 2 years
• Basic math skills (including but not limited to fractions, decimals, percentages)
• Basic computer literacy, Windows operating system, Word, Excel

HIGHLY VALUED EDUCATION, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE

• Associate or higher degrees - marketing or business preferred
• Training and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Training in Marketing, Sales, or Customer service
• Training and experience in Dolphin orthodontic management and imaging software
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business development
• Experience with Computer related social media
• Orthodontic or Dental treatment Case Presentation

This technology is the foundation for our successful treatment of child growth issues, facial balance, BITE problems, TMJ, and Sleep Apnea. Additionally, treatment success is facilitated by cutting edge appliances including Passive Self-Ligation Brackets, high tech orthodontic wires, state-of-the-art growth, TMJ, and Sleep Apnea appliances. Our practice is roughly 50% adults and 50% children. Our treatment goals for children involve normalized growth, facial balance, jaw structures, TMJ health, Bite and breathing issues - prevention basics for adult issues. Our attention to the whole patient lets us see the details that truly generate beautiful smiles for life!
