*Kilwins Traverse City* is hiring *Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Sales Associates.*

We're looking for friendly, energetic individuals to become a key part of the Kilwins experience and act as ambassadors for Traverse City!

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, including scooping our original recipe ice cream and offering samples of our famous Mackinac Island Fudge. Key duties also include:

* Operating the point-of-sale system (accepting payments and making change).
* Preparing products.
* Restocking and managing inventory.
* Performing general cleaning and maintenance duties.

No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training in customer service techniques, suggestive selling, health/cleaning standards, and general retail procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: From $15.00 per hour
