\nWithin our growing Hardware Engineering community, you'll have opportunity to work the technology focused programs within our Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business focusing in our Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) product line. Required Education, Experience, & Skills \n
\n
\nAs a Hardware Engineering Lead, you will provide project level leadership to ensure successful execution of program plans and accomplishment of engineering department goals. You'll guide teams performing research, development, and consulting assignments of a professional technical nature where extensive and diversified knowledge of hardware engineering principles and practices are necessary to successfully accomplish objectives.\n
\n
Required Job Skills, Responsibilities, & Experience includes: \n
\n

• BSEE or BSME with 10+ years and commensurate experience leading engineering teams
  
\n
• Possesses solid technical leadership practices for multi-disciplinary engineering teams engaged in the design and development of state-of-the-art electro-mechanical products \n
  \n
  • Team sizes may range from small to large (5, 10, to 20+)
    
  \n
  • Team disciplines include Mechanical (ME), Electrical (EE), Optical (OE), Design Drafting (DD)
    
  \n
\n
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and productivity metrics to ensure efficient team performance. Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) project execution and practices.
  
\n
• Experience implementing an established Hardware Engineering design processes to achieve product quality and consistency
  
\n
• Possesses sound interpersonal communication skills involving interfacing with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
  
\n
• Experience supporting new business capture and proposal teams with development of hardware engineering cost/schedule estimates
  
\n
• Capable of exercising independent discretion and judgment in the performance of engineering duties
  
\n
• Capable of utilizing computer skills to prepare appropriate reports, documents, and presentations for internal/external distribution
  
\n
• Ability to develop and implement design solutions, processes, and systems within budget and schedule requirements
  
\n
• Experience with design and develop of products and services using state-of-the-art engineering technologies, principles, theories and concepts
  
\n

• Current DoD Security Clearance

• Certification for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) project management techniques

• Design of Electro-optic technologies

• Designing for manufacturability

Pay Information \n
\nFull-Time Salary Range: $136620 - $232210\n
\n
\nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. \n
