Key Responsibilities of the RN - Cardiac ICU

• Provide high-level nursing care in the Cardiac ICU
• Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs
• Operate and manage cardiac monitoring equipment and ventilators
• Collaborate with team members including physicians, RNs, and support staff
• Perform critical procedures such as intubations and central line placements

Requirements of the RN - Cardiac ICU

• Minimum 1-year current acute care ICU hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
• Experience with neuro and medical ICU populations
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
