RESUMEN DEL PUESTO:
El Representante del Centro de llamadas asiste en la promoción de servicios de salud. Informará a los miembros potenciales sobre los beneficios y responderá a cualquier consulta relacionada con el plan de salud, además de asistir en una amplia gama de material de mercadeo, publicidad y marca para todos y cada uno de los proyectos asignados.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
Las Responsabilidades incluyen pero no se limitan a:
- Establecer contacto regular con miembros potenciales para asegurar que sus necesidades sean satisfechas, atender consultas y resolver proactivamente posibles problemas.
- Documentar detalladamente las consultas de los miembros y los registros de llamadas para un seguimiento y análisis precisos.
- Programar reuniones de inscripción con miembros potenciales.
- Alcanzar la calificación de satisfacción del cliente establecida y los objetivos del departamento durante el tiempo estipulado.
- Mantener una disposición cortés y amigable al interactuar con miembros potenciales.
- Participar en eventos y exhibiciones de Marketing según sea necesario.
- Desarrollar un sólido conocimiento del plan de salud y sus beneficios para mantener el plan de reclutamiento y cumplir con los objetivos de inscripción en los plazos establecidos.
- Garantizar la seguridad y confidencialidad de la información, las estrategias de marketing, publicidad y marca.
- Adherirse y seguir las políticas, procedimientos y pautas establecidas.
- Realizar otras tareas que le sean asignadas.
CALIFICACIONES:
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
- Mínimo de un (1) año de experiencia en Mercadeo y Publicidad.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y presentación cara a cara.
- Habilidades de venta a través de fuertes habilidades interpersonales; se prefiere conocimiento en gestión de cuentas y/o experiencia en ventas.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en varios proyectos e interesados.
- Experiencia con tecnología (Microsoft Office) y clientes de servicios de salud es una ventaja.
- Sólida capacidad para manejar información confidencial de manera apropiada y con integridad.
- Debe ser organizado, orientado a los detalles y tener la capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar fines de semana, noches y días festivos según lo requiera la necesidad de la operación.
- Bilingüe (inglés/español) es una ventaja.
