Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient health data and developing individualized care plans based on the nursing process. Implementing and coordinating care, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and team members. Promoting health, safety, and patient education to support positive outcomes. Practicing ethically and culturally respectfully, adhering to professional standards and guidelines. Engaging in professional development, leadership, and evidence-based practice to enhance nursing care quality. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Connecticut RN license and BCLS certification (or obtained within one month). Experience in clinical practice; specialty certification encouraged. Skills And Physical Demands Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, and assist with patient mobility, including lifting patients up to 300 pounds. Adaptability to working in a dynamic environment with potential exposure to infectious diseases and emotional stressors.
