Google Analytics ConsultantSystem One is seeking a strong Google Analytics consultant to join one of our partners in the Houston, TX area. Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.Responsibilities and DutiesSet up and maintain Google Analytics (GA 4) tracking, ensuring data accuracy and integrityCreate and manage custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture critical data pointsDevelop and implement measurement strategies aligned with business objectivesAnalyze and interpret Google Analytics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementCreate and customize reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to drive data-driven decision-makingStay up-to-date with the latest Google Analytics features and best practices, and implement them as appropriateRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience with Google Analytics, including setup, configuration, and advanced featuresExpertise in creating and managing Google Analytics 4 propertiesStrong proficiency in data analysis and interpretationExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExperience with Google Tag Manager for streamlined tag implementation and managementKnowledge of data privacy regulations and their impact on analytics tracking (e.g., GDPR)Preferred Skills and ExperienceGoogle Analytics certificationExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationKnowledge of SQL or other database query languagesUnderstanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on tracking implementationSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
