Physical Therapy Assistant

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT – MALLEY TRANSITIONAL CARE – NORTHGLENN, CO PRN Flexible schedule with consistent hours, work‑life balance, and strong infection control to keep staff and residents safe. In‑house therapy team providing job stability, growing company support, and opportunities for CEU classes offered to the entire therapy team. Malley Transitional Care is a skilled nursing facility located in North Glenn, CO offering vent/trach services, long‑term care, post acute and outpatient services. Responsibilities Utilize evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions. Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders under PT supervision. Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices. Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising PT to adjust treatments accordingly, documenting in the electronic system per regulatory requirements. Consult and counsel patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders. Provide input to supervisor for discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements. Document all regulatory and clinically required information and maintain patient records according to company policy. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred; new graduates are welcome. Compensation Pay Range: $25 - $36 per hour (PRN). We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
