Full-time Evening Dining SupervisorMeriwether Godsey is looking for a Full-time Evening Dining Supervisor responsible for overseeing retail and FOH operations at a private college preparatory school located in Lynchburg, VA.What you will do:Must be available to work: Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pmPay rate: $20 per hourSupervise staff and Dining Room operations to ensure high-quality service standards and presentations are met.Monitor and supervise the setup and maintenance of the cafeteria area and food stations to ensure quality standards.Assist leadership in supervising and assessing staff needs and supporting purchasing and inventory activities.Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.Foster an inclusive environment for all staff and guests, while maintaining effective client and customer-centric relationships.Potential assistance with catering events as requested.What you need:3 years of food service leadership experience preferredServSafe® Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of employmentWorking knowledge of dining room operations; demonstrated experience in promoting and driving catering programsExperience using online Food Management Systems preferredGrowing knowledge of sustainable practicesHigh levels of professionalism and strong leadership skillsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEmerging leadership skills and strong customer service orientationAbility to work in a collaborative team environment while fostering strong client and customer relationshipsWhat you will get:Competitive Pay, Uniforms, Meals, Training and Mentorship, and Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, etc.)Meriwether Godsey offers significant opportunities for growth and career advancement.
