Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Job Description

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager by leading the team, developing staff, ensuring excellent customer relations, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. This position requires a hands-on leader dedicated to operational excellence within the hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to achieve service and operational goals
Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management
Maintain strong customer relations by addressing feedback and fostering a welcoming environment
Ensure compliance with all company policies, health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
Certification in TIPS or Responsible Alcohol Service
