Essential Qualifications: Valid School Psychologist credential Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or closely related field Previous experience working with elementary-age children Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to conduct assessments, provide counseling, and develop intervention strategies Aptitude for working with students, families, and educators from diverse backgrounds Key Responsibilities: Perform student evaluations for academic, behavioral, and emotional needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Facilitate small group and individual counseling sessions Consult and partner with staff to support positive learning environments Provide crisis intervention and support as needed Maintain thorough and confidential student records in accordance with legal and ethical standards Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate This full-time role offers the chance to work regular school hours and truly connect with a school community.
