We are recruiting for a Workshop Controller to join a well-established automotive retail business in Carlisle. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing aftersales operation with a strong team culture, established processes and a supportive management structure already in place. Instead, we are looking for an organised and proactive individual who can build on existing success, maintain workshop efficiency and help deliver an outstanding experience for both customers and colleagues. The Role As Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the workshop, ensuring technician productivity is maximised, work is allocated effectively and customer commitments are delivered on time. Working closely with the Service Department, you will play a key role in driving workshop performance whilst maintaining high standards of quality and communication.
