If you've worked as a technician, service advisor, or in dealership service support, you already have the hardest part of this job you know vehicles. We'll teach you the parts side.

Compensation: $22-26/hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:30-6, Saturday 7-3

What You'll Do:

• Assist all customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Assist the manager with damage/shortage claims with the manufacturer
• Create special order requests for parts not in stock and/or acquire in town if possible
• Monitor special orders, upgrade parts if backorder
• Keep good communication with customers, both internal and external
• Actively do cycle counts on the inventory
• Deliver parts to the Technicians
• Set up parts deliveries for wholesale customers
• Check in orders, pull orders, and put stock orders away
• Look up parts, create quotes or invoices as needed
• Scrap warranty and/or obsolete parts
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:

• Automotive-related experience parts, service technician, service advisor, lube tech, or dealership service support with a working understanding of vehicle systems and components
• A willingness to learn parts cataloging, ordering, and inventory processes
• Ability to sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, lower, push, leverage, carry, and manipulate packages occasionally weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service; organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to work well as a member of a team and alone
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Have (Not Required):

• Prior automotive retail or wholesale parts experience
• Tekion or comparable dealership management system experience
• Experience with parts catalogs, manufacturer ordering portals, or inventory systems

• Parts catalog navigation and accurate part identification
• Ordering, special orders, backorder management, and manufacturer claims
• Inventory control, cycle counts, and wholesale delivery coordination
• Tekion and our quoting and invoicing workflow
