As an HHA, you will provide routine individualized healthcare services to elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities in their homes or in care facilities. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide emotional support and companionship.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide companionship and socialization to clientsEscort clients to recreational activities and medical appointmentsPerform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishes, and bathingHelp clients with personal care needs, including medication reminders and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Teach and encourage self-care skillsMaintain complete and accurate documentation of clients' careMaintain confidentiality in all matters related to clients' carePerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:One year of caregiving experience (preferred)HHA certification is requiredDriver's LicenseCar InsuranceCar RegistrationStrong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer relationship skillsPhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
