The Chief of Staff will partner directly with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include prioritizing and managing leadership goals, preparing reports and presentations, creating and refining processes, ensuring alignment across departments, facilitating key meetings, and serving as a trusted advisor. The role will also involve managing special projects and representing the organization in strategic partnerships and external engagements. What this role actually is: A strategic partner to the CEO — you carry his context, priorities, and authority The connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Revenue, Operations, and People The person who owns the initiatives that can't fall through the cracks A driver of Bambee's AI transformation across products, services, and internal operations The one who prepares board materials, tracks KPIs, and keeps leadership aligned and accountable What we're looking for: 7+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, PE ops, or a Chief of Staff role Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, or AI environments Someone who moves between strategy and execution without losing altitude on either Strong financial acumen, exceptional communication, and a bias toward action Competitive base + equity. $160,000-$180,000.
